Firework Displays & Bonfire Night Celebrations in Sudbury Bury & Ipswich
Where do you go to see firework displays in Suffolk? With so many to choose from, here’s the details for the top ones I’ve found locally. From funfairs and giant bonfires in Long Melford, to amazing firework displays at Abbey gardens, we are spoilt for choice with family friendly bonfire night celebrations all over Suffolk.

The Big Night Out, Melford Hall
Friday 8th November
I used to love going to the Big Night Out when I was younger, so going last year for the first time as a family was really lovely. With its sprawling funfair and giant bonfire, it’s impressive for little ones from the start. My little girl was only 4 last year and she’s pretty sensitive to noise. (Hand dryers are her nemesis!) We took ear defenders, but she was fine and mesmerised by the beautiful display. The theme for the display this year is Space and as always, all proceeds from the night go to charity. You can buy advance tickets from from lots of local businesses around West Suffolk. The full list and ticket info are right here. Long Melford Big Night Out 2019
